Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace the privacy notices provided by WhatsApp, Google, Cloudflare or other third parties you choose to use.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact information: name, company, job role, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and preferred contact method.
• Project information: project type, location, destination, quantities, product requirements, dimensions, materials, finishes, budget, schedule and other inquiry details.
• Files and communications: drawings, floor plans, product lists, photographs, attachments and the content of messages exchanged with us.
• Business and transaction information: quotation history, samples, orders, shipping details, invoices and payment-related records when a business relationship develops.
• Marketing preferences: whether you ask to receive catalogs, product updates or other communications.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language and approximate location derived from the IP address;
• pages viewed, referring page, links or buttons used, date and time of access, and basic diagnostic or security logs; and
• advertising identifiers, cookie information and conversion events on pages where advertising measurement technology is used.

Please do not send passports, government identification numbers, sensitive financial details, health information or other sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate way to send it.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, open a prepared WhatsApp inquiry, email us, call us, visit our factory, request a quotation or conduct business with us. We also receive technical information automatically from the website and its hosting, security and advertising-measurement services.

If you are a business contact, we may receive your details from your employer, a colleague, a project partner, a trade event, a referral or publicly available business sources. We use this information only for relevant business communication and relationship management.

We do not use personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies, security and advertising measurement

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may use cookies, IP addresses and request data to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain security. These technologies may be necessary for the site to function reliably.

Certain campaign pages use Google Ads conversion tracking. Google tags may read or set cookies and process information about an advertisement interaction and a later conversion event. This helps us understand whether advertising leads to a project inquiry and improve campaign performance. We do not intentionally send the contents of your project brief to Google through the conversion event.

You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality or measurement. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we rely on the consent choices made available to you.

How we share information

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with:

• our personnel and authorised representatives who need the information to respond, quote, design, produce, ship or support a project;
• service providers that support website hosting and security, form delivery, email, file storage, communication, analytics and advertising measurement, including Cloudflare, FormSubmit, Google and WhatsApp/Meta;
• project and logistics partners, such as approved suppliers, freight forwarders, inspectors, installers or professional advisers, when needed to fulfil your request or order;
• authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to prevent fraud or abuse; and
• a successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures more broadly as “sharing”. You may contact us to object or request an applicable opt-out.
