Are doors and windows made in the same factory?

No. Doors and windows are coordinated through selected supply partners when included in the agreed project scope.

Who is the best-fit buyer?

Contractors, developers, hospitality buyers, dealers, importers, designers and architects with defined project information are the primary audience.

Can private homeowners enquire?

Yes, for defined renovation or building projects with usable plans or dimensions, multiple cabinetry spaces and a realistic cross-border procurement budget.

FAQ Group

Design & quotation

What should I send for a quotation?

Send project location, floor plans or cabinet drawings, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, hardware, appliance information, delivery address and target programme.

Can you quote from a reference image?

A reference image supports initial discussion, but reliable pricing requires construction, dimensions, materials, hardware, quantities and delivery information.

Are shop drawings included?

Drawing scope and timing depend on the project and commercial agreement. Required inputs and approval responsibilities should be confirmed before drawing work starts.

Can Lonsail provide free design?

Initial review and support may be available, but design deliverables, revisions and ownership depend on the project scope. The website does not promise unlimited free design.

FAQ Group

Production & quality

When does production start?

Production starts after required drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, quantities and commercial terms are approved.

How is quality checked?

Checks are tied to the approved product and may cover dimensions, quantities, visible finish, alignment, hardware, accessories, labels and packaging.

Can I inspect before shipment?

Inspection can be arranged according to the agreed order process, including buyer, factory or third-party inspection where confirmed.

Do certificates cover every product?

No. Documents apply to specific materials, products, standards or tested configurations and must be checked against the actual order.

FAQ Group

Packing, shipping & installation

Do you offer RTA and assembled formats?

Availability depends on product, destination, freight and local installation capability. The selected format should be confirmed before quotation.

Which trade terms are available?

Trade terms depend on destination and agreed logistics scope. FOB, CIF or other arrangements should be compared with clear exclusions.

Who installs the cabinets overseas?

The local installer or contractor normally handles installation unless a different scope is expressly agreed. Lonsail can provide documents and remote guidance.

How are after-sales issues reported?

Provide the order, package or part identification, drawing reference, description, measurements, photos or video and installation status so the cause and response can be assessed.
